You will find the tools a simple, reliable and convenient method of documentation style management that allows you to maintain maximum control over your corporate identity with minimum effort, no matter where in the world the users may be located.

Our solutions include custom icons, menus and toolbars in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Individually tailored drop-down menus allow users to select from a range of documents appropriate to their role and needs. Once a particular template is chosen, it will launch the correct toolbars for that document. Editing the document later or passing it on for collaborative editing will also re-launch the toolbars and, as a result, users and groups of users are able to create and maintain consistent corporate documents and presentations at the click of a button.
