Intelligent Documents provide a wide selection of tools to solve a whole range of Microsoft Office documentation issues, for example

Document menus – for instant access to corporate documents and creation of new ones. This can also be adapted to allow you to link quickly and easily between Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Styles toolbars – in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with headings, lists, tables, graphics and images all pre-formatted in your corporate style – All of them easy to use and hard to use wrongly

Utilities toolbars – in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, to add a range of bespoke features appropriate to your company and documentation needs, for example paragraph or bullet renumbering, table of contents updating, or the insertion of landscape pages within a portrait document, image insertion and resizing or corporate colour selection buttons

User Prompts – utilities that are triggered by a given circumstance, such as prompts to ensure that a printer contains the correct stationery, or reformatting prompts to apply or remove graphics enabling documents to be both emailed and printed.
